Director, Team Lead Market Access France

You will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of MA activities in France requiring specific experience and skills in the health products sector. You will do so by managing the local team of consultants, as well as processes, tools and capabilities, supporting as project manager and, on most of all,  strengthen external visibility and communication in the country.


Your Job

  • Responsible for business development activities, preparation of RFP / RFI, and quotes for local MA services as applicable and local MA support for Global RFP
  • Acting as PM (project manager) in Business Unit related projects within local MA services
  • Representation of local MA services
  • Team manager of the local MA services team
  • Maintain high – level utilization and capability oversight for trained personnel capable of delivering the services; support staffing of local MA services
  • Planning and coordination of local MA services processes and projects in close collaboration with the Regional MA Head and related Practice Area Leads
  • Technical advice on requests from the authorities and external communication
  • Staying up to date with changes in regulations, national and Community registration requirements
  • Contribute, on an ad hoc basis, to the content of the Regulatory Intelligence Newsletter for MA local topics
  • Design and implement systems, tools, and processes for local MA services
  • Address partnering needs and potential partner proposals to Regional MA Head where applicable for local MA services
  • Maintain vendor relation and make sure vendor is compliant
  • Keep overview on issues / lessons learned different projects / programs for continued service development


Your Profile

  • Degree in Life Science  +  Master in Market Access/ HEOR
  • Ideally, 10+ years of experience in Market Access (in pharma companies, biotech and/or authorities) within Market Access Strategy, Dossiers submission to HAS (CT/CNEDIMTS), price negotiation with CEPS
  • Experience on HEOR Dossiers to ensure seamless synergy between value and Economical dossiers (synergy CT/CEESP dossier submission)
  • Solid knowledge of local stakeholders (Pharmas, Biotechs, Authorities)
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional and cross-country projects, including basic economic knowledge
  • Proficient leadership qualities, motivational skills, and ideally already experienced in leading executives.
  • Capability to coordinate different projects to be executed in parallel
  • Resilience, willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel (limited percentage)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-confidence and assertiveness
  • Innovative mindset to elaborate innovative solutions for the Cencora and Clients
  • Confidence to work alone as well as in a team
  • Strategic, analytical and structured thinking
  • Ability to identify and offer solutions to problems in a pragmatic way

  • Fluency  in both French and  English is a must
