We are looking for an additional team member to join us in Sweden (primarily) or Denmark.
GDP Specialist
Join our Nordic Quality management and Compliance (QMC) team. Here are some examples of the many quality tasks your work day may consist of.
Your Job
- Act as a responsible Person (GDP) in Sweden and/or other Nordic countries
- Maintaining quality management systems
- Handling of outsourced activities
- Change control
- Deviations and CAPAs
- Handling of product quality complaints, product defects, recalls
- Handling of shortage notifications
- Handling of narcotics
- Build effective professional relationships with clients, employees of other business units
Your Profile
- Appropriate university degree (e.g., Master of Science in Pharmacy)
- Fulfil authority requirements to be a Responsible Person for GDP
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in GDP
- You are motivated by quality issues, are solution-oriented and practical and willing to develop your skills in various GDP assignments
- You have a structured and responsible way of working and have the desire to develop
- You have a proactive mindset
- Flexible in terms of work tasks and takes the initiative where needed
- Service minded and committed to meeting deadlines
- Team player; both asks for and provides support to colleagues when needed
- Used to working independently and taking initiative
- Fluency in Swedish and English – any other Scandinavian language skills are considered as an advantage
- Work experience within other areas such as regulatory affairs and Pharmacovigilance is an advantage but not a requirement
