Human Resources Manager


Your Job

  • Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process (advising on the job description content, qualifying candidates, arranging interviews, communicating with candidates and making offers of employment)
  • Manage and implement all Human Resource department policies, procedures and structures
  • Manage and implement effective training and development plans;
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees and Line Managers on HR related topics (e.g. policy interpretation, performance management, absence management and all general HR queries)
  • Enhance the organisation’s Human Resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations
  • Manage Personnel Administration: Maintain HR master data and personnel records in software.
  • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in Human Resources, Talent Management and Employment Law;
  • Other tasks beyond the above mentioned, aimed to provide ever-growing professional development and expansion of Human Resources practices

Your Profile

  • University degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources Management
  • 3 years + experience in Human Resources field
  • Team player with collaborative work style
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Experienced user of the MS Office package and HR systems/databases
  • Responsive and able to deliver within specific time frames
  • Motivated to grow personally and professionally
  • Solution-oriented manner with passion to resolve problems;
  • Fluent in English.
