Manager Group Controlling/Finance (m/f/d)


Your Job

  • Set up of monthly management reporting and preparation of KPI, plan/actual comparison and ad hoc analyses for management purposes
  • Support affiliates through business partnering and challenge business representatives based on financial analyses
  • Monitoring and validation of the affiliates’ financial reporting to the parent company
  • Participation in the yearly budgeting process on group level, responsibility for individual affiliates’ budget analyses
  • Support long term corporate planning and perform forecasting analyses
  • Review of sales and revenue forecast based on SalesForce data as well as other Sales Controlling processes
  • Integration of newly acquired affiliates into the controlling processes
  • Development of the reporting structure in PowerBI
  • Standardisation and automatization of reporting processes
  • Constantly review internal processes and procedures and proactively recommend improvements and assist in implementing them
  • Responsibility for subprojects in the light of the internationalisation of the group
  • Close cooperation with business unit and projects heads as well as foreign affiliates
  • Any other ad hoc requests

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in finance, planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, reporting, business analyses, or audit
  • Proven experience in multinational companies and international business (matrix organization would be helpful)
  • Exceptional analytical skills and excellent excel modelling knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment
  • Proven experience in managing sub projects
  • High work independence and autonomy
  • Proactive, solution-oriented problem solving
  • High standards for the quality of your own work results
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, including individuals outside of the finance function, across multiple time zones with a clear communication style
  • Agile thinker and team player
  • Knowledge on Lucanet, Salesforce, PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics and accounting (US GAAP) is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills would be a plus
