Microsoft Dynamics D365 Solutions Analyst
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 IT Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.  You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365.
The initial focus will be to support Cencora’s Global Consulting Services (GCS) business, focusing on the Finance and Project Operations areas.  Future focus will be expansion to leverage the Supply Chain management module in support of our distribution businesses.


Your Job

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand finance and project management requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Document business requirements, functional design documentation, use cases, user stories, test cases, et cetera, specific to finance and project operations.
  • Support the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O based on business requirements. including modules, entities, forms, workflows, etc.
  • Support the development of customized solutions using out-of-the-box functionality or Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Collaborate with development teams on customizations or integrations with other systems.
  • Support data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Support functional unit test, system test, and user acceptance testing efforts, including test case design and execution.
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex issues during implementation or post go-live phases related to finance or project operations.
  • Support the development and delivery of training for business team members.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance on system customization and enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing “level 2” support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 users.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information systems or other IT related area.
  • 4+ years of relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Analyst / Functional Consultant or related experience. 
  • D365 Finance & Operations module experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience on international D365 ERP projects and the willingness to work within a global organization.
  • Experience of implementing and managing D365 F&O in 2 or more locations, handling country-specific laws or regulations is preferred.
  • Experience working within, or for a professional services / consulting business is preferred.
  • D365 Certifications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of Microsoft DevOps.
  • Knowledge of BI Tools (Power BI) preferred.
  • Knowledge of integration software (Azure Integration Services) preferred.
  • Strong communication skills - being able to interact with a global set of ERP business stakeholders, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in gathering business requirements through workshops or interviews specific to project management processes.
  • Experience in creating functional design documentation such as process flows, use cases, user stories, etc., tailored for project operations.
  • Good understanding of the standard ERP finance and accounting principles (e.g., US GAAP, local principles)
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
