Regional IT Service Coordinator


Your Job

  • Lead coordination - and follow-up execution - of IT project-based activities (mainly: implementation of new functionalities, rollout of new digital solutions, data migrations, and IT integrations)
  • Establish relationships and maintain strong communication channels with the business and with Group IT
  • Manage IT demands: from business and QA, requirements collection, prioritization, to implementation
  • Manage day to day IT needs: software licensing, system, network, filing, user support, IT infrastructure, training, procedures, onboarding, offboarding, support business operation needs.
  • Report to local business stakeholders, and to Group IT, on performance of IT services in the region
  • Identify and prioritize IT synergy opportunities, and improvements, and prepare proposals and plans to address these
  • Provide IT and security input to RFPs, MSAs and audit processes
  • Take ownership of local IT escalations, coordinate response and communication until resolution
The employee agrees to take over other reasonable tasks that are correspondent with his abilities if asked by the general management.
 

Your Profile

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a Related Field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in IT service delivery and support, or in an IT / customer service role
  • Some IT project and change management experience (e.g. systems integrations, deployment of business applications, data migrations, rollout of digital solutions)
  • Strong interest in IT Network (OSI layers, switch, router, firewall, VPN, ...) and IT Security
  • Skills in Windows Server 2012 or higher, (DNS services, Active Directory, GPO), knowledge in Linux (RHEL/Debian/Kali), knowledge in VMWare virtualization processes, Veeam replication
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Uphold a sense of customer service and measures client satisfaction
  •  Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements
  • Autonomous, able to work under little supervision in a documented manner
  •  Sense of ownership and accountability
  • Integrity, transparency and trust values
  •  Experience with CSV or work within highly regulated environment would be a plus
  • ITIL qualification, or equivalent IT framework, would be a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace, in particular SharePoint, would be a plus
  • Data analytics skills, or practical experience with business intelligence tools, would be a plus
  • Very good command of English, written and verbal
