Senior Manager Global Training & Development


Your Job

  • Definition, development and execution of a global training agenda (PharmaLex Academy) and strategy that supports global business strategies and drives performance and productivity across the organization
  • Lead and strategically partner with key stakeholders including Business Unit Heads, Country Managers and Local HR Managers to understand and identify global business needs for internal and external training.
  • Enable PharmaLex success by developing, delivering, and continually improving relevant, integrated training strategies and solutions to support current and future business needs
  • Ensure program alignment with the training strategy through robust needs identification, assessment, and targeted learning interventions.
  • Planning and implementation of strategic personnel development measures and respective HR processes
  • Closely partner with the Local HR Management to deliver global and impactful development programs for the organization
  • Responsibility for the company orientation and on-boarding framework offer for entry-level through management & supervisor levels
  • Conception and implementation of strategy-supporting, standardised learning and personnel development formats
  • Design and implementation of international talent programs.
  • Development and application of a strategy that furthers the on-the-job development capabilities of the organization
  • Identification and implementation of new digital learning formats such as e-learning
  • Definition and implementation of a modern competence model and competency framework for PharmaLex career paths
  • Creation and implementation of career development measures and processes in alignment with global HR and Management Board
  • Collaboration on employee engagement projects in the international corporate environment
  • Alignment and implementation of the employee appraisal and succession planning strategy and process in collaboration with global HR and Management Board
  • Implementation of new LMS software
  • Evaluation and measurement of learning impact of high cost international training & development programs
     

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in psychology, business administration or comparable, with a focus on human resources. Alternative career changer with several years of practical experience in personnel and organizational development.
  • Professional experience and sound knowledge in the area of implementation of strategic personnel development processes and L&D programs oninternational level
  • Understanding of an internationally operating organization
  • Strategic analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, trustworthiness
  • Problem solving skills, independent way of working, initiative, service orientation, enthusiasm
  • Teamwork but also first leadership experience to lead a small team and project teams
  • Very good English knowledge​​​​​​​
