Senior Manager, Learning & Talent Development

***This position is for preofessionals based in the EU***

As the Senior Manager Learning and Talent Development, you will be creating and implementing development processes within the global organisation, and define the  interfaces between Global Learning & Talent Development, Local HR Managers and Line Managers.
Leading global and regional training, as well as development programs and projects in the talent development area will be in your scope, together with the coordination and leadership of those ad hoc L&D projects assigned.
Ultimately, you will lead on the Talent development plans and projects.



Your Job

  • Collaborate with the head of area in the definition of training processes and interfaces between Global Learning & Talent Development, Local HR Managers and Line Managers
  • Responsible for creating and implementing career paths for the company (contents, skills mapping, methodologies, ..)
  • KPi’s Learning follow up and action plan accordingly
  • Utilization and improvement of the HR information systems to store information and run reports (Rexx, Go1…)
  • Conduct meetings with different stakeholders in the organization to understand business needs and implement the development program
  • Leading and coordination of development projects on a global level and Support the implementation and training of local needs
  • Stakeholders management of external partners and providers in L&D


Your Profile

  • Study of Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or comparable, or studying Master in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 5-7 years working in Learning and Talent development area designing, coordinating and implementing projects
  • Good organizational skills and structured work approach
  • Good communication skills, open to learn and interact with different cultures.
  • Internal client orientation.
  • International Teamwork player
  • Very good English knowledge
  • Very good MS office skills, especially power point and excel.  SharePoint would be a plus.
  • Experience in consultancy companies would be a plus
