Specialist, Administration Patient Programs


Your Job

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to support our Patient Programs.  This position involves supporting healthcare professionals who manage client patient programs.  This can include data entry, triaging phone calls, managing emails, documenting meeting minutes, and working as part of a small team to deliver quality customer service.  You will fulfil other general administrative tasks such as answering the general business phone line, managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, ordering and receipt of office supplies, greeting guests at reception, organising meetings, scanning and filing documentation, and assisting with any facilities issues.
      
 Your Profile

You have a strong customer service and administrative background preferably in healthcare.  You will have excellent phone skills with experience competently managing a number of phone lines.  You are naturally organised with strong attention to detail.  You are process driven and enjoy a fast-paced environment that is client oriented.  You enjoy working in a team and look to continually expand your skills every day.  You understand the importance of data privacy and maintaining professional standards in your work.   You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and preferably exposure to working with databases.
