Specialist Business Support

Your Job

  • Assisting in strategic Project Management, communication initiatives and Business/Admin tasks
  • Meeting coordination, facilitation & Task Tracking
  • Performance of comparative analysis and GAP analysis for HR, Legal and Corporate matters.
  • Supporting with data migrations for the integration of systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Preparation of management & stakeholder oriented information, decision making documentation, communications
  • Actively contribution to PMI Processes adjustment, improvement
  • Ownership of dedicated subprojects, tasks or workstreams in program management
  • Dedicated support, research and information gathering objectives to Corporate Development (Senior) Manager(s) & Director, Country Organizations & new affiliates to ensure a successful integration process with PharmaLex
  • Schedule, arrange and organize meetings, appointments (cross-country)
  • Document and file meeting minutes; monitor and track open action items and timely delivery thereof
  • Create status update data & presentations, control & monitoring of projects
  • Perform comparative analysis & benchmarking of HR data for HR Harmonisation of policies, benefits & practices
  • Preparation of job descriptions
  • Preparation of internal communication within projects
  • Research, gathering and preparation of information to facilitate decision making process during the Post-Merger Integration
  • Support for business & admin tasks related to Post-Merger Integration Processes (including acting as a consultant for the new affiliates to integrate business processes/systems within PharmaLex environment)
  • Assistance with data migration for integration of systems
  • Assistance with the preparation of legal mergers and corporate legal matters, legal review and comparative analysis of Master Service Agreements

Your Profile

  • Education: Student of Business Administration, Law, Project Management
  • Work Experience: preferably in Business Administration, Legal, HR
  • Knowledge:  Business Admin generalist, ideally with focus on international business
  • Competencies: Fluency in English, experienced in MS Office , Office 365 (incl. Sharepoint & MS Teams) appreciated & additional language skills (French, German, Italian) beneficial addon
    Good knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Soft Skills: Team work, strong communication skills, business oriented, reliability, project management, hands-on-mentality and pro-active mindset. Problem solving orientation, fast learner and excellent adaptability
  • This role should be for a fast learner person and adaptable as it will be required to learn new work environments to be able to support the integration with PharmaLex and open to travel.
