Specialist Global Talent Acquisition
- Global Talent acquisition: creation and posting of job adds on company career page, LinkedIn and local job boards, screening of applications, organization of pre-selection process with telephone and MS Teams interviews; organization of personal candidate interviews with line managers and local HR Managers (if applicable)
- Discovering of talents on niche platforms and active sourcing for suitable talents in LinkedIn
- Building of talent pipelines by networking with non-active candidates
- Implementation of measures to improve the talent attraction
- Provide input for operational excellence on talent acquisition methods and processes
- Bring in thoughts and ideas to use future trends in recruiting and technology
- Provide advice in all questions related to Talent Acquisition
- Support Employer Branding activities
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Social Sciences
- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting in Pharma/Life Science industry.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, trustworthiness, willingness to learn
- Problem solving skills, independent way of working, initiative, service orientation, enthusiasm
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good English skills
