Program Management Support Specialist who will work closely together with Program Managers, VDCs, and external consultants during the implementation of new and for established programs

Specialist (Senior) Program Management Support Lead (Pharmacovigilance)

Your Job

  • Coordination, monitoring and preparation of project controlling and reporting;
  • Support the tracking and reporting of set out targets (KPIs);
  • Initiation the control/ closing/ opening/ rebooking of times within work packages in PLX Time tracking & Accounting System;
  • Maintenance of program related projects in PLX Time tracking & Accounting System from operative point of view;
  • Keeping the overall reporting results transparent to the Program Manager;
  • Preparation the monthly/quarterly financial statement so that a customer invoice can be issued on time;
  • Supports the Program Manager in ensuring that project staff receive the appropriate information, training and working conditions, as necessary.

Your Profile

  • Professional degree in Sciences or Economics
  • High service orientation and affinity to work with complex business processes
  • Ability to adapt flexibly to changing project conditions and open to change management processes
  • Ability to analyze processes: adapting, streamlining, and increasing efficiency of processes
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as a team-oriented approach
  • Structured, analytical, systematic, and independent manner
  • Experienced user of the MS-office packages (excellent Excel knowledge), ERP, project management and database systems
  • Very good command of English
