As a Key Contributor You Will support PharmaLex’s talent acquisition strategy for North America by delivering full-cycle recruitment, using your abilities to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Job

  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment by creating and posting job ads on company career page and job boards, screening applications, organizing pre-selection processes with telephone and Skype for Business interviews with Service Line Leaders, and organization of personal candidate interviews with Service Line Leaders and local HR Managers. 
  • Executes sourcing strategies that produce a diverse slate of active/passive candidates and proactively builds talent pipeline to fill current and potential needs through networking with non-active candidates on multiple recruitment platforms.  Executes outreach to high potential candidates who may not find PharmaLex on their own. 
  • Understands job requirements and ensures appropriate documentation of Job Descriptions to help in identifying with accuracy the best talent. 
  • Designs posting, post job (on-line social media, newspaper, etc.) for immediate hire or to maintain adequate levels of talent pool available; publishes job opportunities in required agencies.  
  • Owns the candidate engagement process through regular communication and status updates. 
  • Performs initial phone screening to validate that minimum job requirements are met and availability of candidate for 1st interview with hiring manager, conducts reference checks, coordinates background and drug testing process and communicates to management selected potential candidates.  
  • Creates internal/external Resource profile from resume, and competency information. May submit to client resource resume and track progress of job opportunity. Follow-up client on resource approval and coordinates client interview.   
  • Responsible for all staff selection and onboarding process including related documents.  
  • Prepares candidates job/service offer recommendation as per compensation guidelines to submit to the company officers for final approval. 
  • Participates in client job posting-meetings on a weekly basis or as requested.  Tracks in system progress of applicants and raises any observed situation.  
  • Prepares, keeps updated and in custody of all documentation that is required to meet compliance requirements with state and federal regulations and annual AAP reporting/program, including annual reporting preparation. 
  • Identify and leads Job Fair recruiting events and programs to develop company brand as employer and source potential candidates for all company roles. 
  • Keeps updated and takes initiative to develop all documentation/articles necessary that serves as company brand/promotions for recruitment efforts and activities. 
  • Performs other duties as business needs require ensuring that company operates to adequate levels of performance, compliance and profitability. 

Your Profile

  • Associates Degree and 2-3 years’ experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), HRIS,
    ATS and accounting software and databases such as: ADP 
  • Language: bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular). 
  • Ability to adapt under regularly changing conditions 
  • Very good command of English, written and verbal 
  • Outstanding organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
