HR Generalist (m/w/d)
Your Job
- Administrative support of employees and executives in all HR topics from hiring to resignation:
- Advice and proactive support in all HR-related processes such as onboarding, annual appraisals, bonus and target agreements, transfers, departures
- Preparation of employment contracts and certificates
- Correspondence and communication with health insurance funds, social insurance institutions, public offices and authorities
- Employee support and advice in payroll accounting, tax and social security issues
- Collaboration in the creation of personnel statistics
- Support in the implementation of a new HR Information System (Workday)
- Collaboration in global HR projects and topics
- Presence at the Bad Homburg location
Your Profile
- Commercial training with several years of professional experience in personnel processing / HR department
- Current knowledge of labour, social and wage tax law
- Understanding and/or experience regarding HR processes and procedures
- Safe handling of common software
- Conscientious and discreet handling of confidential data
- Very precise, responsible and systematic working method
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and resilience
- Native German speaker; very good knowledge of English
